Hello everyone and welcome to the long-awaited Feature Journal! (Please excuse the really rough format of this journal - I'll get round to it... sometime... soonish...)
So, my last feature journal had a very long and fangirl-y blurb about my love for art and fandoms and how I'm inspired every day by the art I see on my social media accounts - and this journal is no different , sorry to tell you. Except it may have a slightly different tone this time around. This is going to be one hell of a long journal, so strap yourself in.

Just an update to say that the next journal will be a feature journal (including a beautifully long rant about my love for art :D).
If anyone has any suggestions for deviants that they think should be featured - let me know!
I'm going to try and incorperate an "Undiscovered" section for artists that are truly brilliant but not as well-known as they should be! :D

Saying Goodbye To An Angel
Nè Creator nè creatura fu senz' amore - Neither creator nor creature was ever without love.
Today, I said goobye to my dog of eight years. Needlesss to say, it was a hard day. She was very sick and so I believe that now she is in a much better place and free of pain.
My dogs are part of my family. Her and I shared a very special connection. She came along at a time in my life when I felt very alone and just needed someone who wouldn't judge me and who would love me despite my flaws. Vlooi was that someone.

The Pursuit Of Happiness in The Form Of Art And... Can You Say OBSESSED?
So... since my last journal entry (in which I told you all about my new found love for speed painting and my subsequent pride at my admittedly shitty attempts) I've been practicing like a mad woman at digital painting. The results... well... I'm over the moon, because I've finally found a way to express my love for the characters that I've been reading about for who-knows how many years. It's also opened me up to a field that I've always been too scared and insecure to enter.
